The Nature of a Folding Door
Every panel needs a partner to bi-fold with. When one doesn't have a partner, it becomes an independent swing door — securing flat against the adjacent panel when open. Every Lexario system includes a door you can use every day without opening the whole thing, whether that's an independent swing panel or the lead panel of a folding stack.
How your panels are grouped and which direction they fold is entirely up to how you use your space.
Panel Configuration Options
Every Lexario system is custom-configured to your opening — there's no standard size or fixed layout. Panel count and how they fold (to one side, split between both sides, with or without an independent swing door) all depend on the flow of your space: how you move through it, what's on either side of the opening, and how you want to use it day to day.

From Quote to Install
1. Consultation
Tell us your rough opening size, location, and how you use the space day to day. We'll walk through configuration options together based on your flow — not a default layout.
2. Measure & Confirm
We confirm exact rough opening dimensions on site before fabrication begins, so your door fits precisely — no gaps, no shims.
3. Fabrication
Built in our Port Coquitlam facility. Each panel takes about two days to fabricate — a 5-panel, 15-foot door typically takes around two weeks. All aluminum is NAFS and CSA certified, finished in black or white powder coat or mill finish.
4. Installation
Our own crew installs — not a subcontractor. Frame goes in first, then the panel package is hung, then it's glazed. Most installs are completed in a single day.

Backed by our 2-5-10 warranty, with local support if you ever need it.
